Hi Emma, I've got some exciting news to share with you, and honestly you're one of the first people I wanted to tell. I've just accepted a new job in Bristol, and I'll be moving there at the end of next month! The role is a marketing manager position at a small but fast-growing tech company. It's a real step up from what I'm doing now, with more responsibility and a much better salary. I'll be leading my own team for the first time, which feels a little daunting but mostly thrilling. After five years in the same office, I was starting to feel stuck, so when this opportunity came along I couldn't say no. The main reason I'm so happy, though, is that I'll finally be living in the same city as you again! It'll be just like our university days. This is where I could really use your help.
